FROM ROUTE 84 EASTBOUND:
Exit 11, Sandy Hook. Right at end of exit, right again at next light. This is Route 34 South towards New Haven. NHRC is about a mile-and-a-half after crossing the Stevenson Dam. About nine total miles from exit 11.

FROM ROUTE 84 WESTBOUND:
Exit 19, Route 8 South; to Route 8 exit 15. Left at end of exit, this is Route 34 West, towards Newtown/Danbury. NHRC is about seven miles from exit 15, (four miles past the Yale Boathouse).

FROM WILBUR CROSS PKWY SOUTHBOUND:
Exit 57, Route 34 West towards Derby/Newtown/Danbury. Follow Route 34 through Derby, NHRC is about six miles North of Derby, (four miles past the Yale Boathouse).

FROM WILBUR CROSS PKWY NORTHBOUND:
Exit 52, Route 8 North towards Derby/Danbury. Route 8 exit 15. Left at end of exit. This is Route 34 West, towards Newtown/Danbury. NHRC is about seven miles from exit 15, (four miles past the Yale Boathouse).

FROM ROUTE 95 WESTBOUND:
In New Haven, just PAST the I-91 interchange (exit 48) there is an exit for Route 34. This exit does not have a number. Follow Route 34 West towards Derby/Newtown/Danbury. Twenty minutes on Route 34 will bring you through Derby, CT. NHRC is six miles North of Derby, (four miles past the Yale Boathouse).

FROM ROUTE 95 EASTBOUND:
Exit 27, Routes 8 and 25 Northbound. Routes 8 and 25 split about seven miles North of I-95, Route 8 lanes are the right hand lanes. Route 8 to exit 15, left at end of exit. This is Route 34 West, towards Newtown/Danbury. NHRC is about seven miles from exit 15, (four miles past the Yale Boathouse).

OXC(BDR011/19.1) Left at airport exit. Left at traffic light. Right at next traffic light. This is Route 188. Route 188 ends in a "T" at Route 34. Right on Route 34, one half-mile to NHRC.
